Clients should ensure that they have the necessary authority to provide any information or documents submitted to Prestij Digital Solutions on behalf of themselves, a business, organization or another person.
Delays or errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or late information supplied by a client may affect service delivery, timelines or outcomes.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees for our services will be communicated to the client before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
Where advance payment is required, work may begin after the agreed payment has been received.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payments within the agreed timeframe.
Government fees, statutory charges, third-party charges, or other expenses are not included in our service fees unless expressly stated.
5. Tax and Compliance Services
Where Prestij Digital Solutions assists with KRA, iTax, eTIMS, business registration or other compliance-related services, we provide assistance based on the information and instructions supplied by the client and the requirements of the relevant authority.
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information and documents they provide.
Prestij Digital Solutions does not guarantee approval, registration, issuance of certificates, tax outcomes, refunds, compliance status or any decision made by a government authority or other third party.
Where applicable, clients remain responsible for meeting their legal and statutory obligations and for reviewing information submitted on their behalf.
6. SEO, AEO and Digital Services
SEO, AEO, content, website optimization and related digital services are intended to improve a website or business’s visibility, discoverability and overall digital performance.
Search engine rankings, AI-generated responses, traffic, leads, conversions and other digital performance outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control. Therefore, Prestij Digital Solutions does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales or AI visibility.
Any projections, recommendations or expected outcomes communicated to a client should be understood as estimates or strategic objectives rather than guarantees.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the content, branding, text, graphics, designs and other materials published by Prestij Digital Solutions on its website are owned by or licensed to Prestij Digital Solutions and may not be reproduced, copied or redistributed without permission.
Materials created specifically for a client as part of a paid service may be subject to the terms agreed between Prestij Digital Solutions and that client.
